REVIEW: JR WARD - COVERT

6289920

Seven deadly sins. Seven souls to save. This is the first battle between a savior who doesn't believe and a demon with nothing to lose!

Redemption isn't a word Jim Heron knows much about—his specialty is revenge, and to him, sin is all relative. But everything changes when he becomes a fallen angel and is charged with saving the souls of seven people from the seven deadly sins. And failure is not an option.

Vin DiPietro long ago sold his soul to his business, and he's good with that-until fate intervenes in the form of a tough-talking, Harley-riding, self-professed savior. And then he meets a woman who will make him question his destiny, his sanity, and his heart—and he has to work with a fallen angel to win her over and redeem his own soul.

Review:

In this book we meet Jim, he becomes a fallen angel and is given a task of saving the souls of seven people, from the seven deadly sins.  If he fails to save these souls then it could be the end of the world as we know it.

We also meet Vin, he sold his soul years ago without knowing now fate steps in his way an he has to find a way to get his soul back ,so he can end up with the future he didnt know he wanted.

I have very mixed feelings about this book. The first half of this book  was a little to much. there was far to much info to take in and the book swapped from character to character to much. it was a little bit frustrating when you were finally getting into  things and you would get changed to another character.
This book could of been so  great because it was a great idea for a story line and I liked the characters. I just think it could of been tweaked a little to make it easier to follow.

Rating 3 1/2  lips.
